Updated 27 October 2026. These terms cover buying Mandryn Pro. Our privacy notice explains how the website, app and account services handle data.

1. Who sells Mandryn Pro

Olsson Security, a sole proprietorship at Baslerstrasse 77, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland (UID CHE-248.057.933). Full details are in the imprint. Write to victor@mandryn.ai with any question about your purchase.

2. What you buy

Mandryn Pro is a paid plan for one person's Mandryn account. It gives larger monthly allowances than the Free plan for making and changing tools, online AI help, custom features and saved tools. The allowances that apply to you are shown in Account in the app.

The Windows app requires 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 and Microsoft Edge WebView2. Cloud features require an internet connection and an account. Available actions depend on your files and installed applications. Monthly allowances reset on the first of each month, including on an annual subscription; saved-tool capacity is not a monthly reset.

If a change reduces what your plan includes, we tell you before your next renewal. Plans for teams are arranged by invoice, not through this checkout; write to us about them.

3. Price, tax and payment

Pro costs USD 8 per month or USD 72 per year (equivalent to USD 6 per month when paid yearly). The total and billing period are shown at checkout before you pay. The price includes applicable tax we are required to collect, calculated from your billing location.

Stripe processes the payment. Your card details go to Stripe; Mandryn does not receive or store them. We keep the references Stripe gives us for your customer record and subscription, and the subscription's status and dates, so your account shows the right plan.

4. Renewal and cancelling

The subscription renews by itself every month or every year, whichever you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app: open Account, then Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's page for your subscription.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays available until the end of the period you already paid for. Apart from section 5, or where the law requires it, we do not refund the unused part of a period.

Deleting your Mandryn account cancels the Stripe subscription that pays for it, with no further charge; if the cancellation cannot be completed at that moment, the account is not deleted and you can try again. Uninstalling the app alone does not cancel a subscription: cancel it under Manage subscription or delete the account.

5. Money back within 14 days

If you are not satisfied, write to us within 14 days of your first payment for Mandryn Pro, monthly or yearly. We refund that payment in full to the original payment method and end the subscription. This applies wherever you live. How long the money takes to show on your statement depends on your bank.

This promise is in addition to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, and it does not reduce them.

6. If a payment fails

Stripe tries a failed renewal again. Pro can stay available for a short time while that happens. If the payment still does not go through, your account returns to the Free plan. Your account is not deleted, and the Free plan limits apply.

7. Using Mandryn

Mandryn makes tools with AI. AI output can be wrong, and a tool may not do exactly what you meant. Check the result before you rely on it, and keep your own copies of important files. We do not promise that a tool can be made for every task.

You are responsible for the files you run tools on and for having the right to use them.

8. Liability

We are responsible as Swiss law and the consumer law that protects you require. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our liability for the service is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version dated above applies to purchases made while it is current. A change that is worse for an existing subscriber takes effect from their next renewal, after we have told them.

10. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The courts of Zürich have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
